Nightstand design

A small piece, the same precision.

The nightstand is the smallest piece of a bedroom set, yet it must share the same runners, handles and decor. Viziodex builds it in the same program and from the same material library as the wardrobe and chest of drawers.

What you get for nightstands

  • One or two drawers

Drawer heights and gaps are divided to suit the carcass automatically.

  • Legs or plinth

The plinth front is set back and the leg fixing is machined into the bottom panel.

  • Same decor as the set

The walnut chosen for the wardrobe comes with the same code; the cut list asks for the same board.

  • Corner shaping

Rounded or chamfered corners; PVC thickness is checked on curved edges.

Why the set belongs in one program

Customers buy the bedroom as a set. Draw the nightstand elsewhere with another decor code and the colour drifts, the handle spacing differs and the board order splits in two.

Viziodex derives every piece of the set from the same material library and production rules. The cutting layout nests all parts on the same boards and waste goes down.

Frequently asked questions.

Questions

Can I draw the nightstand and wardrobe in the same project?

Yes. Open drawings side by side in tabs; the same decor and handle choice apply to every piece and the cutting layout nests them on the same boards.

Can I round the corners?

Yes. Corners take a radius or chamfer; if PVC thinner than 0.80 mm is chosen for a curved edge, export stops because thin banding melts in the machine.

Are nightstands on legs supported?

Yes. Leg and plinth options are available; the leg fixing is machined into the bottom panel.
